NCA invites public feedback on AI Cybersecurity Guidelines
- The National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA) has invited the general public to submit feedback on the “AI Cybersecurity Guidelines”.
- The document aims to ensure implementation of cybersecurity requirements for AI, mitigate cybersecurity risks associated with AI technologies and systems, and promote best practices among entities that use or plan to adopt AI systems in the Kingdom.
- The guidelines are structured around four primary domains—cybersecurity governance, cybersecurity defense, cybersecurity resilience, and third‑party cybersecurity—with subdomains; the scope includes emerging AI technologies such as generative AI and agentic AI and was developed based on international best practices and experiences in AI cybersecurity.
- NCA encourages relevant stakeholders and interested parties to submit feedback via the Public Consultation Platform “Istitlaa”, the feedback form on NCA’s website, or by email to info@nca.gov.sa by Tuesday, 5 August 2026; the document is accessible on NCA’s official website.
